As an early member of Medmastery, I played a pivotal role in the company's growth from a small founding team of three people in 2014 to a globally recognized organization over a span of more than eight years. During this time, my primary focus was on the "e" in e-learning. I held various positions and took on diverse responsibilities, including development, conceptualization and user research, project management, and a role similar to that of a Product Owner in Scrum. Additionally, I managed external design and development partners and was involved in hiring of new talents. In the early stages, I also contributed to customer support and later participated in recruiting and onboarding processes. I served as the primary point of contact and interface between the "non-technical" world—users and requirements—and the "technical" world, ensuring optimized outcomes for both the users and the company.
